Terms of Service

Last updated: April 19, 2026

1. Beta service

VidiSphere is currently a beta product. Features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable while the service is being tested and improved.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and use VidiSphere only for lawful, permitted purposes.

3. Uploaded data

The product is designed around Google Takeout watch-history uploads. You should only upload files that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. Raw uploads are treated as private user data and are used to generate derived interest profiles, summaries, and matching signals.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's private data, interfere with the platform, scrape the service, upload malicious files, or use VidiSphere to harass, spam, impersonate, or harm others.

5. AI-generated output

Interest profiles, personas, match explanations, and other AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided to help with discovery and reflection, not as professional advice or a final judgment about any person.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, or causes harm to VidiSphere or other users.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what data VidiSphere collects, how it is used, and the controls available to users.

8. Contact

For account, privacy, or terms questions, use the contact channel provided by the VidiSphere team during beta access.
